Video of Michael at British Library’s Alice In Wonderland event
Back in February 2010, Michael Sheen was part of an event at the British Library. The Library joined with Disney for an evening celebrating ‘Alice, with readings by Christopher Lee and Michael Sheen; an appreciation by author Will Self; discussion with producer Richard Zanuck and co-producer Joe Roth of Tim Burton’s ‘Alice In Wonderland’; and a screening of the film of 1903, recently restored by the BFI.
A short video, including a clip of Michael’s reading, has now been added to the Video Library.
Fan-photos of the Alice In Wonderland reading added to Gallery
One of the members of this site, mariamuser, was fortunate enough to attend the Alice In Wonderland “Curious & Curiouser” event at the British Library on the 24th February, and was also lucky enough to get a photo with Michael which we added to the Gallery back in March.
Mariamuser has now very kindly agreed to share some of the other photos that she took at the event.

Michael Sheen at the Curious and Curiouser event
Last night, Michael Sheen attended the Curious and Curiouser event at the British Library in to celebrate Alice in Wonderland in words, and film.
There were to be readings from three of the cast members, Christopher Lee, Matt Lucas as well as Michael Sheen, but unfortunately Matt Lucas did not show, so Michael stepped in and did a second reading.
We have added some pictures from the event to our Gallery.
