A few new pictures of Michael Sheen attending the Picnic in the Park event, have been added to the Gallery.

Michael attended the Picnic In The Park event for his latest film ‘Tinker Bell And The Great Fairy Rescue’ held at La Cienega Park on Saturday, August 28th, in Beverly Hills, California. Also in attendance were director Bradley Raymond, producer Helen Kalafatic, and actress Raven-Symone.

The story takes place before Tinker Bell met Peter Pan and the Lost Boys. Tink makes friends with a human girl named Lizzy and this friendship has to be kept secret from Lizzy’s stern scientist father, Dr Griffiths,  voiced by Michael Sheen.

The film is still on at selected cinemas around the UK and Australia and as yet, no definite DVD release date, although you can pre-order from Amazon.co.uk. It is available on DVD and Bluray in US from September 21st.  Links  are available on the project page.

My copy of Unthinkable arrived for the US last week, and the screencaps have now been added to the Gallery.

You all know that the subject matter of this film is quite dark. It is a film about a terrorist who announces that he has placed several nuclear devices around the US, and it is left to a black ops interrogator, and the FBI, to get him to reveal the location of the bombs. Please be aware that the screencaps obviously reflect the nature of the film, and while I have made the decision not to post some of the extremely graffic shots, there are still one or two that imply scenes of torture, so if you are easily offended then please do not view them.

I have already noted this on the project’s page, but in case you didnt spot it Beautiful Boy is has been nominated for an Best New Director award in at the San Sebastian Film Festival.

It is one of 15 films in the category, and I wish the director Shawn Ku all the best luck.

We have also snagged a lovely hi-res image from the Festival site, which is now up in the Gallery.

While dusting off my copy of The Deal the other day, I realised that my old worn out DVD of Underworld needed replacing. I have a lovely 2 disc special now.

I have screencapped it, and there are now almost 300 (yeah, I know… I got a bit carried away) caps of Lucian, the character responsible for Michael Sheen getting my attention.

One of the members of this site, mariamuser, was fortunate enough to attend the Alice In Wonderland “Curious & Curiouser” event at the British Library on the 24th February, and was also lucky enough to get a photo with Michael which we added to the Gallery back in March.
