American Film Institue LA premiere of Midnight In Paris
Sony Pictures Classics are presenting the Los Angeles Premiere of Woody Allen’s Midnight In Paris on 18 May.
The screening takes place at 7:30pm at The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Samuel Goldwyn Theater, 8949 Wilshire Boulevard followed by a reception. Tickets are $100 per person and the proceeds go to The American Film Institute.

Film Independent to screen Midnight In Paris
Film Independent are to do a members-only screening of Midnight In Paris on 12 May - a day after its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival.
The screening will be held at The Landmark, 10850 W. Pico Blvd Los Angeles and is free for members. For booking info, please visit their site HERE.
A limited US release will follow on 20 May.
BAFTA nomination for The Special Relationship
The official list of nominations for the 2011 Philips British Academy Television Awards, which takes place on Sunday 22 May, has been announced today.
The Special Relationship, which was shown on BBC 2 last September, has been nominated in the Best Single Drama. It is up against Eric and Ernie, I Am Slave and The Road To Coronation Street.
