Some entertainment sites are reporting receiving gifts from ‘Flynn Lives’. The gift includes a hand written note with the words ‘/zerohour’.  When you put them together you get Flynnlives/zerohour. This features a countdown of some description.

The guys over at /Film have figured out it is a binary countdown, calculated to end February 24th at 8:00am Pacific Time (4pm GMT).

The feeling is this will lead to a new trailer.

Kevin Flynn is the character played by Jeff Bridges in the original 1982 movie, in which his character was sucked into a cyber world where he had to help a program that he had created, called Tron, to defeat a master control program.  Flynn escaped his cyber prison at the end of the movie, but in the interim years has gone missing and in the sequel, Tron Legacy, his son Sam (played by Garrett Hedlund) is trying to solve the mystery of his disappearance.

Michael is reputed to play a nightclub host in the cyber world.
