i do hope so.talking of fantabulosa. brilliant performance, not many actors could have portrayed kenneth williams that well- i mean the look and voice,the laugh was spot on.i watched michael sheen on top gear last november (watch it on youtube). he was sayingthat he rode a scooter around south london while practising the voice for fantabulosa. he also explained that he had to lose weigtht for the role and ended up on a cabbage soup diet. which he said made him constantly fart. he laughed about it. check the clip out.

Dont give up hope – they only released Fantabulosa on DVD recently, and that aired several years ago. I do think that as Michael Sheen’s popularity increases distributors will be tempted to dust off these older projects to cash in on his stardom.

yeah ,i found the 9 part 10 mins chunks . put them on my facebook page , that way i at least have that copy. its very annoying though, that its not available. i even emailed bbc shop as it was originally shown on ch bbc4.they said the same thing -not on dvd and have heard of no plans to put it on dvd.its a very good film. shows michael sheens superb acting skills again.

Hi saggy1969 – Not sure if you saw, but I replied to your similar question on the site. I have been in touch with the production company quite recently, as I too would love to have a DVD copy. They said that they have no plans to release it on DVD at this time. There is a copy of it on YouTube if you want to see it, it has been split into 10 min chunks. Hope this helps.

ive been trying to get my hands on a copy of this film on dvd. it was shown on bbc4 in england a few years ago, but bbc shop has not got it on dvd and does not know when or if it will ever be on dvd. can anyone help me with a copy of it.
