- Since our announcement a few days ago that Peter Morgan has been signed up to write Bond 23, the media has been alive with rumours that Michael will be cast as Ernst Stavro Blofeld, a character who almost always appears with a white Persian cat, and who has featured in six previous Bond films. While we sincerely hope this is true, it has yet to be officially confirmed.

Peter Morgan, long time cohort of Michael Sheen and screenplay writer for The Queen, Frost/Nixon and Damned United has just been signed up to write the next Bond film. Currently known only as Bond 23, Morgan will commence writing after he has completed The Special Relationshop for HBO and Hereafter for Dreamworks. We have our fingers crossed that he will be able to swing a part for Michael.

He has spent the day in LA on an unrelated project, but did mention that he has done a Volturi photoshoot for Summit. I am sure I am not the only one that is looking forward to seeing that. He also describe his version of Aro as" a cross between the Blue Meanie, the Childcatcher and Nick Cave. But with red eyes".

- For those that have been looking for info on Michael Sheen's mystery film project, you may be interested to know he has left a few clues around twitter.
- He mentioned he had been to a hair/makeup meeting and was going to look "FREAKY"
- He asked people to vote for their favorite Jeff Bridges film - and was delighted that some voted for Tron
- When told that they are filming Tron 2 in Vancouver, where he is heading to on Monday, he said "without giving too much away, I already knew".
- He also has said how excellent David Warner is at playing the villain. He was in the first Tron film in 1982.
- This is all purely my speculation at this point - but if it is true - you heard it here first!

- European Sky TV viewers will be pleased to note that there is a new channel called ShortsTV which will present a carefully curated selection of short films in a variety of genres. From 1st to 15th May they will be having a Sci-Fi season. One of the films included for airing is Airlock (Or How To Say Goodbye In Space). I will post the exact schedule timings once they are released.
